Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to analyze and interpret the main elements of economic and social development of the microregion and through interviews with mayors of member municipalities to detect problem areas in it. For these areas, measures are proposed to alleviate problems in the future development. The creation of the microregion is mainly to financial resources for projects supporting regional development, which the village for themselves reached. Were detected problems in tourism, human development and employment.
