Územní studie lokality „Za Vápenkou“, Dolní Dunajovice

Abstract

Bachelor’s work objective is design built-up area by villas and project solution for road traffic and technical infrastructure and public open space. Territorial Study is solving project of dynamic and spatial usage of area fully in line with land use plan of Dolní Dunajovice village. Locality is on the edge of northeast part of village in neighbourhood to current built-up area. Concept of regulators is based on regulators done by land use plan and in line with neighbouring built-up area. Work is composed in two options whereas first is developed including road traffic and technical infrastructure, public green and public open space.
