Wellness centrum Heřmanice

Abstract

The subject of my thesis is devising a part of project documentation for construction work of object „Wellness Center Heřmanice“ according to bachelor thesis instruction. Design object is situated in Heřmanice’s former coal mine area. The bachelor thesis solve entrance and operating part of object. The base for processing is urban study formed pursuance of Atelier work III., architectural study from Atelier work IV. and fractional project documentation for building permit - pursuance of ATT Va. The building of Wellnes Center is situated on deposited mound caused by long-time mining aktivity. The aim was taking advantage of offered wiew of Heřmanice’s pond, valley or vegetation covered mound from this artificially created place. Very important aspect is brine using oportunity, which may be applyed for spa purpose and the temperature of mine water for heating the building. The object react its form on terrain, outlook and industrial character of site. Melancholic atmosphere gives unique identity to the building.
