Využívání a spokojenost čtenářů se službami knihovny

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work is to measure of exploitation and satisfaction of readers with services at the Town library in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm via questionnaire and to propose changes and recommendation to improve the reader satisfaction. The bachelor work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the history and present status of the library. The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of services, their definitions and properties and the marketing mix of services. The third chapter includes the use of methods of marketing research, which is divided into preparatory and realization stage. In the last chapter there are the survey results and suggested advice for the library.
