Absorbční fotometrický detector pro chromatografii ve farmaceutickém průmyslu

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the development of an absorption photometric detector for the pharmaceutical industry. The detector uses UV-LED sources and photodiode sensors to measure absorbance with the possibility of operation in ATEX environments. The hardware and software part of the system was designed and implemented, and the functionality of the device was successfully verified against laboratory instruments. The resulting solution offers a reliable and economical alternative for industrial applications.
