Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá potencionálním útokem na čističku odpadních vod. Úvodní část práce popisuje právní rámec ochrany kritické infrastruktury, pitné vody a teoretické základy bezpečnosti osob a majetku. Navazující část se věnuje popisu čističky. V práci je uveden současný stav čističky za účelem identifikace bezpečnostních hrozeb pomocí analytických metod. Dle hodnocení hrozeb je stanoven návrh Standardu fyzické ochrany, s cílem zvýšení úrovně fyzické ochrany osob a majetku čističky.

This bachelor thesis deals with a potential attack on a wastewater treatment plant. The introductory part of the thesis describes the legal framework for the protection of critical infrastructure, drinking water and the theoretical basis of the safety of persons and property. The following part deals with the description of the treatment plant. The current state of the treatment plant is presented to identify security threats using analytical methods. According to the threat assessment, a draft Standard of Physical Protection has been set, with the aim of increasing the level of physical protection of persons and property of the treatment plant.
