Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on regeneration of the sport complex, which is located near the centrum of Příbor. The area of the complex is consists of rooms restaurant, former space of cinema and gym. The main target is to do an attractive and modern place for visitors of all age categories from former cinema, restaurant and large garden. Design is processed as study and contains two variants. Based on the analysis, the best suitable variant was chosen, which is elaborated in more detail. Apart from floor plans, sections and views, there is also included tentative economic evaluation of the area, visualization of the chosen solution and photo documentation of the actual state.
