The thesis is focused on training local authority officials selected a whole. The theoretical part deals with the training of employees in the organization and training of officials of local governments. In the practical part of the analysis of the current training of officials of the Municipal Authority in Vizovice using questionnaires, interviews and SWOT analysis.
