Aplikace vybraných nástrojů metodiky Six Sigma na konkrétním technologickém procesu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje teoretický princip metody Six Sigma a také její reálný přínos, který byl ověřen v rámci praktického využití v podniku VOP CZ, s.p. Teorii metody Six Sigma se zabývá první část bakalářské práce, ve které jsou uvedeny všechny nástroje spojené s metodou Six Sigma v rámci DMAIC cyklu. Praktické využití metody Six Sigma je popsáno v druhé části bakalářské práce a zabývá se popisem aplikace metody Six Sigma na procesu svařování (svářenců) v podniku VOP CZ,s.p.

The bachelor thesis describes the theoretical principle of the Six Sigma method and its real contribution, which has been verified in the framework of practical use in VOP CZ, s.p. The Six Sigma Theory deals with the first part of the bachelor thesis, which lists all the tools associated with the Six Sigma method within the DMAIC cycle. The practical use of the Six Sigma method is described in the second part of the bachelor thesis and deals with the description of the application of the Six Sigma method in the welding process (welders) in VOP CZ, s.p.
