Abstract
The master thesis describes designing of training products for starting entrepreneurs. The aim of this thesis is a creation of training courses which will fully meet requirements and needs of potential customers of a Slovak project Rozbehni sa!. The theoretical part of this thesis outlines a process of creating new products and their subsequent implementation to market. The practical part of the thesis defines marketing mix, micro and macro environment analysis and SWOT analysis of the project Rozbehni sa!. The research was conducted in four phases and each phase was revealing customer´s needs and requirements differently. Research methods which have been used are secondary data analysis, structured interviews, survey and analysis of data obtained via Google Analytics. All the data were analysed and used as a basis for creating three training courses for starting entrepreneurs.
