Abstract
This thesis is an evaluation of the situation based on observation in the field of project management in the studied company Kvados, a.s. and a related ongoing project focusing on implementation of the information system. Further in the thesis the observed results are compared to the theoretical base. Based on these conclusions recommended processes to make project management more effective are proposed.
