Abstract

The aim of this thesis was the development options brownfield regeneration in the village Kobeřice. The proposed solution of using this unfinished building be integrated into contemporary life settlements, respecting his needs. The solution contains two options in the form of volumetric studies. The work also includes evaluation of treatment alternatives and analysis of the effectiveness and sustainability of the project plan. For the variant was processed more solutions to technical and traffic infrastructure, economic calculation and computation capacities utility connections.
