Abstract
This work is focused on exploring macroekonomic and mikroekonomic factors affecting the company and their evaluation and synthesis. There are showed knowledges of special books concerning the evaluation of these factors and on the development strategy.
The aim of this work is to propose recommendations for corporate strategy will lead to positive developement companies in the marketplace and obtain an advatige over competitiors.
