Analýza tepelné práce rekuperátoru v karuselové peci

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je analyzována tepelná práce rekuperátoru, jenž se nachází u karuselové pece St 140 na pracovišti Malý Stiefel v ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s.. Zde byly také naměřeny hodnoty, které jsou pro bakalářskou práci nezbytné k dalším výpočtům. První část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení důležitých pojmů k dané tématice a na technické parametry zařízení. V další části jsou naznačeny rovnice k nezbytným výpočtům, jenž budou použity v poslední části bakalářské práce. Cílem je získat užitečné výsledné hodnoty, jenž by mohly naznačit nutnost zlepšení podmínek, za kterých daný rekuperátor pracuje v provozních podmínkách.

In bachelor thesis is analyzed the thermalwork of the recuperator, which is situated beside the carousel furnace St 140 in the workplace Malý Stiefel in ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s.. There were also measured the values, which are necessary for next calculations in bachelor thesis . The first part is aimed to explain important concepts to a given theme and the technical parametres of the equipment. In the next part are indicated the equations for the necessary calculations , that will be used in the last part of bachelor thesis. The goal is to obtain final useful values , that could suggest a need for improvement the conditions, in which the recuperator works in working conditions.
