Bezpečnostní funkce u měničů pro elektrické pohony

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis is created for purpose demonstration task of possible security features in the SIL3 and PLe security industry, subsequent control of the drive with reading and writing of data throught visualization and PLC via Ethernet communication. The project has implemented a safe torque off for an asynchronous motor with the MSR127TP safety relay and possible emergency states of the current, torque overload converter, interrupted communication, etc. The safe torque off is realized by means of a hardware connection and a software solution. This Diploma Thesis contains basic description of functions of safety systems and properties of electric drives, their control and programming. Further, the thesis deals with the demonstration different safety functions in industrial applications. The obtained information and findings were used in the practical part of this Diploma Thesis, then to create a project for safe torque off at the Powerflex 525 frequency inverter.
