Propojení ulic Proskovické, Výškovické, Blanické a Mitrovické v Ostravě

Abstract

The subject of this Diploma thesis is the design of the optimal conection between streets Proskovicka, Výškovicka, Blanicka and Mitrovicka, located in Ostrava in local part Vyskovice and district Stara Bela. The main goal of the construction is relocation traffic out of the built-up area, to improve traffic parameters and to provide traffic service for development areas in the district Vyškovice. In the proposal the requirment to verify the possibility of the public transport service (including tram and bus transport) was taken into account. The work is processed in the level of the study and the design of the street respects the corridor DK115, which is defineted in the Zoning plan Ostrava. At the begining of the Diploma thesis is described the benefit of the construction, searching the characteristics of the interest area and the traffic data. The design part of the work deals with design of the road itself, transport connections to development areas, design of crossroads, consideration of public, bike and pedestrian traffic, economic calculation and final evaluation. In conclusion, the final proposal of the urban road is recommended.
