Analýza financování města Žatec

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the financing of Saaz in 2008, 2011 and their comparison with the budget outlook for 2012-2014. The second chapter describes the nature of economic regulation of local governments, extended a theoretical description of the budget, budget process, and final account of the budgetary control options with a description of penalties for breach of budgetary discipline. The third chapter deals with a detailed analysis of income and expenditure in the period on the basis of the true data management and analysis of budgets of Saaz. In the fourth part describes the current state funding of Saaz and set designs and recommendations resulting from the analysis. Conclusions include evaluation of the whole work.
