The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a single-storey cellar. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the diploma thesis is the project documentation of the construction solution of the building, which meets the relevant standards and requirements. The second part of the diploma thesis deals with the solution of internal sewerage, internal water supply, internal gas supply, heating and ventilation of the building, developed in the form of an implementation project.
The source of heat in the building, for heating and hot water preparation, is a gas condensing boiler. The heating system is designed for radiators. The ventilation of the building is divided between two air handling units. Part of the cellar and the background of employees is solved by means of equal pressure ventilation, part of the kitchen is ventilated by means of an air-conditioning unit with a recuperation exchanger, which is solved as overpressure. The project also addresses the infiltration of rainwater on the land, sewer connection, water connection, water demand and sizing.
The diploma thesis includes a text part, appendices and drawing documentation.
The diploma thesis is prepared according to valid standards and decrees.
