Abstract
The goal of bachelor thesis is creation of a strategic analysis. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the methodology of the strategic analysis. In the practical part will be transferred findings from the theoretical part to practice. From obtained results will be recommended appropriate strategy.
