Analýza vhodnosti a účinnosti realizace interních auditů ve společnosti Strojírny Třinec, a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the suitability and the effectiveness of the internal audits of management systems and proposals for improvement. The first part inquires into theory of the audits of management system, includes history and the development of audit, the requirements of the ISO standards and the importance of internal audit. There is also introduced professional profile and personal knowledge of the auditor. In the second part of bachelor thesis is characteristics of company Strojírny Třinec a.s. This part is focused on the implementation of the internal audits and the evaluation of the effectiveness and suitability of this audits. In the end are designed suggestions for improvement.
