Abstract

The subject of this thesis is Temporary Agency Work in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the thesis. In the second chapter the basic concepts regarding labor relations are definated, then are based on the Labour Code, there are explained differences relating only to temporary agency work. The third part deals with the problems of temporary agency work. The fourth practical part deals with the advantages and disadvantages of temporary agency work. There are comprehensively summarized the relationships between entities. SWOT analysis was subsequently performed separately for all of these entities. The aim of this work is explanation of the process of temporary agency work in the Czech Republic and pointing to the advantages and disadvantages, which temporary agency work brings. They are suggested two changes extension of the law of temporary agency work and improvement of awareness of temporary agency work on the Internet.
