Studie využití proluky-nároží ul. Dlouhá a Zámecká, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

The focus of the thesis is to develop vacant lot-corner, located on the corner of Dlouha and Zamecka streets in the central part of Moravian Ostrava. The proposal builds on the current conditions of the Development Plan of the City of Ostrava and the historical parcelling of the territory. The solution is designed to use the new functions with regard to the surrounding functions and needs of the territory in compliance with zoning regulations. The newly designed building and the construction volume continues the surrounding mass structure. Functional solution is designed in variants. The final version is prepared including accessibility and static traffic. The work also includes an economic valorization for the proposed solution.
