Abstract

Nowadays, characterized mainly in smaller towns with high unemployment, low purchasing power and lack of support for entrepreneurship, business development plays a significant role in economic and social life of the population. The target of the thesis on Business development in Fulnek city in the Context of the D47 Motorway is the formulation of appropriate proposals and recommendations that its application led to the development of the business environment. The thesis consists of three main sections. The content of the first part are selected aspects of business development in their theoretical form. The second part contains basic information about the characteristics of business environment, which strictly follow the analysis of current conditions, city development and business. The main theme of the third part is an outline of options for business development and senior development proposal along with a description of the conditions, benefits and risks. The current conditions of city development are not simple. Influence of the development of transport infrastructure on business is undeniable, and represents a advantage of business development in the city, which is a sophisticated presentation of the city as a historical center with plenty of sights, systematic solutions in support of small and medium-sized enterprises with a greater focus on city development and use of the newly created attractive sites for development of further business. Suggestions and recommendations are based not only on results of selected research methods of business environment, but also from the empirical observation of the business environment in Fulnek.
