Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku působícího v gastronomii

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the competitive ability of Caffé Vespa in comparison with its competitors. The first part of the thesis is an introduction and then the author discusses the theoretical part where the theoretical and methodological background of competitiveness is explained. These backgrounds are also divided into two parts, where first the theoretical concepts are described and then there are the types of analyses that will be used later in the practical part and fall under the methodological backgrounds. The practical part includes PEST analysis, one-day questionnaire survey, customer window, benchmarking and SWOT. All of these analyses are applied in the practical part and are the basis for subsequent suggestions and recommendations for the enterprise to contribute to better competitiveness and the operation of the enterprise itself.
