Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis deals with the measurement of employee satisfaction in the company operating in the industrial sector. There are mentioned basic concepts related to job satisfaction including possible ways of satisfaction measuring. Then is characterized the analyzed company. The main part od the thesis is devoted to analysis of the measurements. There is constructed the questionnaire which is personally handed over the company’s employees. Then are evaluated the data and there are suggested improvements in the employee satisfaction and motivation in the company based on the results of the questioare.
