Financování sociálních služeb v obvodech města

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the provision of social services and their financing from the city budget. There are descibed two districts of the city of Ostrava, which provide social services in different ways. A Municipal District Ostrava - Jih provides social services through the office of Borough. Contrary Ostrava Poruba district would enable the establishment of budgetary organizations, which bears the name of the Social Services Centre. The aim of these thesis is to analyze the financing of social services into example of the selected boroughs and evaluation system of social services provided by selected urban districts.
