Hodnocení dodavatelů hutního materiálu ve velkoobchodu

Abstract

The subject of the work is to adjust the current assessment of suppliers of metallurgical material in the wholesale with elements of multiple criteria decision making methods and to add new criteria to ensure the complexity of the evaluation for suppliers. The bachelor’s work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section explains the concepts of purchasing and logistics, the reasons for evaluating suppliers, and describes the methods of multi-criteria evaluation. In the practical part, a proposal is made to improve the rating in a particular public limited company, which includes the inclusion of new criteria in the decision-making process, the attribution of weight to individual criteria, and the subsequent application of multi-criteria decision making methods. The final part of the work includes a newly proposed system for evaluating suppliers and their benefits to the public limited company.
