Abstract
The diploma thesis aims to streamline material flow machining shops company TATRA TRUCKS a.s. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical.
The theoretical part researches dealing with the description production logistics and simultaneously controlling the material flow. The practical part is based on the current layout of machines and of him rising material flow. It is an analysis of the status quo. Further, there are options designed to streamline material flow machining shops company TATRA TRUCKS a.s. and evaluation of the proposals submitted.
