Abstract

Goal of thesis „Application of real options methodology in engineering company decision-making in engineering sector“ is application of real options in valuation of company Bonatrans GROUP, a.s., determining value of capital and analysis of optional active intervention. First part of theory deals with characteristics of financial options and also realistic. It also outlines different types of more active intervention. Second part is characteristic of company. In last part of thesis apply theoretical knowledge to determine value of equity an various types of active intervention. Here is overall assessment of valuation.
