Optimalizace balení a skladování výrobků ve firmě Woco STV s.r.o.

Abstract

There is the whole production submited to the orders in today´s suppliers´ system in automotive industry. These orders are uploading electronicaly from the customers every day and are changing accordingly. The logistic target of each company in automotive industry is maximal flexibility and an effort to satisfy the customer´s needs. Although it is not allways possible to react to short-term large changes in the orders, there is the whole logistic and production process submited to this principle. The requirements for maximal flexibility have to fulfil also the deliveries from the producers and also the size of the package units has to be in this accord.
