Problematika neoprávněných odběrů elektrické energie u firmy E.ON Česká republika s.r.o.

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou neoprávněných odběrů elektrické energie u firmy E.ON Česká republika s.r.o. Práce je rozvržena do tří kapitol, a to teoretická část, praktická část a závěr. Teoretická část diplomové práce je dále rozdělena do tří podkapitol - popis neoprávněného odběru a legislativa, teoretický rozbor měření elektrické energie a teorie výpočtu neoprávněného odběru. Podkapitola popis neoprávněného odběru a legislativa je věnována přípojkám nn a zákonu 458/2000 Sb. V podkapitole nazvané teoretický rozbor měření elektrické energie jsou popsány všeobecné zásady platné pro měření elektrické energie a základní typová schémata elektroměrových rozvaděčů. Poslední podkapitola teoretické části nazvaná teorie výpočtu neoprávněného odběru je věnována vyhlášce 51/2006 Sb. a principu činnosti elektroměru. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou popsány jednotlivé druhy neoprávněných odběrů s praktickými příklady a možnosti výpočtu výše škody. Závěr diplomové práce je zaměřen na vyhodnocení problematiky neoprávněných odběrů.

This thesis deals with the problem of Lawles Consumtion of Electric Energy by the Firm E.ON Czech Republic Ltd. The thesis is divided into three chapters: theory, practice, and conclusion. The theoretical part is further divided into three sections - a description of the theft and legislation, theoretical analysis of energy metering, and theory of estimating theft. The subchapter on unauthorized use and description of the legislation is devoted to the connectors for low voltage and Act 458/2000 Sb. In the chapter entitled Theoretical Analysis of Measurement of Electrical Energy, the general principles of measuring electricity and the basic type schemes electricity meter cabinets are described. The last subchapter of the theoretical part, called Computational Theory of Unauthorized Use is dedicated to the 51/2006Sb. regulations and the principles of operation of the meter. The practical part of the thesis describes different types of irregular sampling with practical examples and the possibility of estimating the amount stolen. The conclusion of this thesis is focused to the unauthorized withdrawals damage evaluation.
