Analýza managementu vybraného sportovního klubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Analýzu managementu vybraného sportovního klubu. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy jako je management, sportovní management, manažer, sportovní manažer, jejich role a osobnost. Dále je vysvětleno, co je to spolek, možnosti financování klubu a sponzoring ve sportu. Jako poslední body v této části práce jsou pospány výzkumné metody, a to SWOT analýza, rozhovor s předsedou klubu a dotazníkové šetření. Praktická část je zaměřena na celkový chod klubu, je popsána historie klubu, jaká je jeho hlavní činnost a organizační struktura a jeho hospodaření a konkurence. Dále aplikace SWOT analýzy, rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření. V části návrhů a šetření jsou shrnuty výsledky z výzkumných metod a návrhy na případné řešení nedostatků pro jeho zlepšení. Cílem práce je analyzovat management tohoto sportovního klubu a navrhnout potřebné změny pro jeho zlepšení. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí všech výsledků.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the management of a selected sports club. The theoretical part describes concepts such as management, sports management, manager, sports manager, their role and personality. It also explains what an association is, club financing options and sponsorship in sports. The last points in this part of the work are research methods, namely SWOT analysis, interview with the club chairman and a questionnaire survey. The practical part is focused on the overall operation of the club, describes the history of the club, what is its main activity and organizational structure and its management. Furthermore, the application of SWOT analysis, interview and questionnaire survey. The section of proposals and surveys summarizes the results of research methods and suggestions for possible solutions to shortcomings for its improvement. The aim of the work is to analyze the management of this sports club and to propose the necessary changes for its improvement. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary of all results.
