The bachelor thesis topic about streamline the public service was chosen based on previous working on municipal office, in terms of my practice on high and university.
The theoretical part treat about assertion eGovernment in the Czech Republic and in others states of European Union. Thereinafer deal with date boxes, about their creation, their using and technical parameters. The theoretical part treat about Czech POINT project, which is part and parcel of eGovernment in the Czech Republic.
The practical part treat about development in the realm of Czech POINT in light of his usage of citizens and knowlegdes about this project. And ilustrated creation model workplace of Czech POINT on municipal office in Jablůnka.
