Analýza faktorů ovlivňujících zájem žen o podnikání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů ovlivňujících zájem žen o podnikání. Cílem práce je zjištění a zhodnocení zájmu a možností žen o podnikání v České republice, dále zjištění případných bariér a obav při vstupu žen do podnikání. Teoretická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé pojmy týkající se nejen podnikání, ale také genderu či feminismu. Praktická část se zabývá zhodnocením výsledků elektronického dotazování, SWOT analýzy a PEST analýzy. Závěrečná část je věnována návrhům a doporučením pro danou problematiku.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of factors influencing the interest of women in entrepreneurship. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the interest and possibilities of women in entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic, as well as to identify possible barriers and concerns about the entry of women into entrepreneurship. The theoretical part focuses on individual concepts not only about business but also about gender or feminism. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the results of the electronic questioning, SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. The final part is devoted to suggestions and recommendations for the given issue.
