Zhodnocení strategického rozhodnutí investice v oblasti dřevovýroby

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení strategického rozhodnutí investice v oblasti dřevovýroby. Teoreticko-metodologická část je zaměřená na objasnění základních pojmů v oblasti investic, investičního rozhodování včetně popsání metod hodnocení investic. Dále jsou vysvětleny finanční analýza se zaměřením na poměrové ukazatele a problematika získání dotace z EU. V praktické části je popsán investiční záměr, postup pro získání dotace z fondů EU a následně jsou hodnoceny výsledky výpočtů metod hodnocení investic a poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Na základě výsledků jsou provedeny návrhy a doporučení.

The topic of this diploma thesis is to assess the strategic investment decision in the field of wood manufacturing. Theoretic-methodological part is focused on explication of the basic terms in the field of investment, investment decision including the description of investment assessment methods. Moreover, financial analysis, focused on indicator ratios and EU granting problematic is explained. In the practical part, investment plan and process of EU funding application are described. Subsequently, the results of investment assessment methods and financial analysis indicator ratios are assessed. Finally, proposals and recommendations are made on the basis of the results.
