Abstract

This Thesis deals with possibilities of collecting debts from money paid within competence of the municipalities. In the introductory theoretical part it focuses its attention to philosophic-historical analysis of executions and current legislative support. The practical part monitors and evaluates the approaches relating to collecting financial debts on specific case in the town Chomutov. The final part of the Thesis summarizes the information obtained in the examined area that can be of benefit and present an example for the work of other municipalities. This information can be further used for legal education of each resident.
