In the text the reader is first familiarized with basic information about the Unity 3D development environment, there are mentions of awards won this environment and is an example of its use in universities abroad. Then are discussed the most important functions that this environment offers. These include physics, networking, tools for creating terrain and trees and more. Finally, it is carried out several performance measurement in physical simulations, and when you use different rendering paths.
