Abstract
The bachelor´s thesis desribes customer relationship management. Customer relationship management is a part of corporate strategy and culture. Using CRM we will gain a competitive advatage. The thesis deals with history, value of customer relationships, various stages of the relatioship between customers and businesses, contains recommendations for the implementation of CRM into the business, choosing the right system and the description of the particular system. Aim of the this work is to show the benefits and rules of CRM that will bring success to the company in the future.
