Abstract
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the improvement of the existing criteria for the selection of new material suppliers for the lining of tandem furnaces, plant 13 - Steelworks.
In order to improve the current criteria of Liberty Ostrava, a.s. and thus to find a reliable supplier, the bachelor's thesis will deal with the analysis of this company and the detection of possible weak points or shortcomings for permanent better results in the supply area.
