Aplikace vybraných nástrojů plánování kvality u výrobce plastových dílů pro automobilový průmysl

Abstract

The aim of this master thesis is application of selected quality planning tools at the manufacturer of plastic parts for the automotive industry. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on analysis of current approaches to product quality planning, production part approval proces and analysis of selected quality planning tools. First of all in the practical part of this thesis the attention is paid to analysis of the actual status in the application of the quality planning tools at company.In the following chapter is performed the analysis and selection of relevant requirements demanded by the reference manual VDA volume 2. Within of this part is processed the draft procedure for the realization of the product approval proces to the series production. In the final chapter of practical part on the selected plastic product are applied the quality planning tools, which were identified on the basis of previous analysis of present status in the organization and customer requirements.
