Návrh polyfunkčního domu v Bystřici nad Olší

Abstract

The main content of this bachelor thesis is volume study of a multifunctional building on an undeveloped land in the centre of village Bystřice nad Olší. The work is divided into a text part and a graphic part. The text part discusses the current state of an area, the theoretical basis and the integration of the object with its architecture into the surrounding buildings. The reader will get acquainted with the technical design and functioning of the building. The graphic part solves the layout design of the object and also its connection to the transport and technical infrastructure. The result of this thesis is the proposal of the four-storey multifunctional building with the space for a parking, a business, a restaurant, an administration, an accommodation and housing, from which both the community and the citizens of the village will have advantages.
