The main goal of this bachelor's thesis was the complete design of heating and hot water preparation using a ground/water heat pump, compared to an air/water heat pump. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the development of an architectural and construction solution for a family house. The project documentation of this part is made at the level of needs for the development Building Services. During the design of the construction part, great emphasis was placed on meeting all the required standards and requirements, so that the object was designed as best as possible for use. The second part deals with the appropriate design of low-temperature heating and hot water preparation using a ground/water heat pump with an alternative variant in the form of an air/water heat pump. In the family house, the heating is designed as a low-temperature surface in combination with combined pipe heaters, where the main source for heating and hot water preparation is a ground/water heat pump and an air/water heat pump as an alternative source. In order to develop this part, it was necessary to make a thermal technical assessment of the structures forming the building, to calculate the heat losses of the building using a detailed method, and finally to develop an energy label for the building envelope.
