Zpětné využití dešťových vod v objektu rodinného domu v Chocni

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování dokumentace novostavby rodinného domu a řešení zdravotně technických instalací, zahrnující rozvody vnitřního vodovodu, splaškové kanalizace společně s navržením systému na zpětné využití dešťových vod. Rodinný dům se nachází v obci Choceň. Bakalářská práce je zpracována jako dokumentace pro provádění stavby rodinného domu a stavby pro rodinnou rekreaci. Obsahuje textovou a výkresovou část. První část práce je zaměřena na architektonicko-stavební řešení rodinného domu, který je navržen jako nepodsklepený dvoupodlažní se sedlovou střechou, na který je přímo napojena terasa a přístřešek pro auto opatřený plochou vegetační střechou. V druhé části této práce je řešen návrh vnitřního vodovodu pitné a užitkové vody v rodinném domě, společně s řešením dešťové a splaškové kanalizace v objektu. Také je proveden návrh akumulační nádrže, vsakovacího zařízení a všechna potřebná zařízení určena k zpětnému využívání dešťových vod.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a newly built family house and the design of sanitary installations, including the internal water supply system, sanitary drainage, along with the design of a rainwater reuse system. The family house is located in the town of Choceň. The bachelor thesis is elaborated at the level of documentation for the execution of a family house and a structure for family recreation. It consists of a textual and a graphical part. The first part of the thesis focuses on the architectural and structural design of the family house, which is designed as a basementless, two-story building with a gable roof, directly connected to a terrace and a carport equipped with a flat green roof. The second part of this thesis deals with the design of the internal distribution of drinking and non-potable (service) water in the family house, together with the design of rainwater and sanitary drainage within the building. Furthermore, it includes the design of an accumulation tank, an infiltration facility, and all necessary equipment intended for rainwater reuse.
