Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is the study of behavior of social networks and theoretical design of a possible two-way communication system with the Emergency call center - 112 in the case of emergency message delivery. Emergency call centers operation is explained in the thesis as well as available possibilities for contacting. A closer look has been taken on the functionality of social networks Facebook and Twitter. The thesis contains a design of a communication scheme which would be able to send automatic messages, with respect to communication effectivity. Communication is demonstrated on examples focusing on message notification technology. Necessary legislative and technical actions are defined for the realization of sending emergency messages via existing social network.
