Právní aspekty obchodu EU s vybranými třetími zeměmi

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je podat obraz o vnějších obchodních vtazích EU s nejvýznamnějšími obchodními partnery. Důraz byl kladen na obchodní dohody, které mezi sebou uzavřeli. Obchodní vztahy jsou zaměřeny na právní aspekty, nikoliv na popis komoditní struktury obchodů. Popsány jsou také významné obchodní spory, které mezi zeměmi v minulosti proběhly nebo stále probíhají. První kapitola se zabývá mezinárodním obchodováním od 19. století. Jsou zde vymezeny základní pojmy, nezbytné pro pochopení vnějších obchodních vztahů EU. Popsána je také charakteristika a vznik společné obchodní politiky EU. Druhá kapitola je věnována nástrojům společné obchodní politiky EU. Kapitola se dále zaměřuje na mnohostranný obchodní systém a především na Světovou obchodní organizaci, která ve světovém obchodě hraje zásadní roli. Třetí kapitola je již věnována obchodním vztahům EU s nejvýznamnějšími státy. Je popsán náhled do budoucích vztahů s těmito zeměmi. Diplomová práce je užitečná těm, kteří chtějí komplexně porozumět vnějším obchodním vztahům EU a společné obchodní politice.

The goal of thesis is give a representation of the external trade of the EU's relations with major trading partners. Emphasis was placed on the trade agreements which were concluded between them. Business relationships are focused on the legal aspects, not on the description of the commodity structure of transactions. There are described also the significant trade disputes between countries that have taken place in the past or are still ongoing. The first chapter deals with international trade since the 19th century. It defines basic concepts which are necessary for understanding the external trade relations of the EU. It also describes a characteristic and a formation of a common trade policy of the EU. The second chapter is devoted to instruments of the common trade policy of the EU. The chapter also focuses on the multilateral trading system and in particular the World Trade Organization, which in world trade plays an essential role. The third chapter is devoted to the EU trade relations with the most important states. It is described to preview of future relations with these countries. The thesis is useful for those who want to comprehensively understand the external trade relations of the EU and the common trade policy of the EU.
