Abstract

The purpose of this diploma thesis was working out building part of the documentation for the construction of the office building in Brno. Project solves new three floors office building in the gap designed with Porotherm system. Vertical communication is provided by inner reinforced concrete triple staircase and lift. Foundation construction is solved by monolithic concrete foundation strips, roofing by flat roof with coating. This diploma thesis contains drawing part of project documentation for construction, technical report, thermal and technical assessment, building envelope energy label and staircase static calculation.
