Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis identifies current situation of the solved problem on the basis of internal documents in the unnamed company located in the Moravian-Silesian Region. First part of the Thesis introduces the company, continues with theoretical data and follows by the analysis based on personal interviews about the career Management and planning of followers. In the conclusion the Thesis describes lacks and proposes possible solutions.
