Benchmarking vybraných těžebních podniků

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá benchmarkingem a použitím matematicko-statistických metod k určení pořadí vybraných podniků v cihlářském průmyslu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních bloků. První blok se zabývá teoretickým popisem benchmarkingu, matematicko-statistických metod a také charakteristikou vybraných společností. V druhém bloku práce je provedena aplikace a vyhodnocení modelu benchmarkingu a aplikace a vyhodnocení matematicko-statistických metod. Ze zjištěných výsledků jsou vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení. Benchmarking je zaměřen na aplikaci prvních pěti kroků Xerox Modelu. Data získaná při benchmarkingu jsou následně použita při aplikaci matematicko-statistických metod pro určení výsledného pořadí.

The Diploma Thesis deals with benchmarking and application of mathematical and statistical methods to determine order of brick industry companies. Thesis is divided on two main parts. The first part focuses on theoretical describe of benchmarking, mathematical and statistical methods and characteristic of chosen companies. In the second part is made application and evaluation of benchmarking model and application and evaluation of mathematical and statistical methods. From determined results are made suggestions and recommendations. Benchmarking focuses on application of the first five steps of Xerox Model. Data obtained from benchmarking are then used for application of mathematical and statistical methods to determine final order.
