Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of cultural events perception by citizens and visitors of the town Krnov. The primary aim of this thesis is to find out the customer satisfaction and evaluation of town cultural events and institutions by its visitors. The secondary aim is to suggest suitable arrangements which result from the research. The theoretical part of thesis contains city marketing, culture marketing and event marketing. Another chapter focuses on the characteristics of Krnov. Thesis also includes the research methodology and the analysis of data acquired by the online survey. Based on discovered imperfections were suggested the recommendations which should lead to their elimination.
