Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of supplies management in the company PRODINOX, s. r. o., which focuses on suspension system production. In the first part of the thesis, there is a brief description of the characteristics of the company, organization structure and line of business. Further on follows a theoretical part concerned with the specification of supplies in terms of their classification, division and importance. The practical part of the thesis discusses the issue of the supplies management in the company. This part presents show the application and evaluation analysis ABC and subsequently an evaluation of the current system of the supplies management. In closing part is made recommendation for improve current situation of the company.
